When Commissioning Me...
☆ Please be sure to fill out my commission form with proper details and a clear reference before you commission me.☆ Do not harass me for updates, it can make me to stress out easily which will cause me to cancel the commission.☆ You may request minor changes and edits to the sketch that you are provided before the linework begins. When you are okay with how the sketch looks, I will continue to finish the artwork. You may not ask for changes or edits after I have started the linework.☆ As soon as you purchase custom artwork, custom designs, or an adoptable made by me, you are required to abide by this TOS. Please make sure you read my rules thoroughly and understand them before commissioning me. This is very important!
☆ If you get blacklisted while I am working on your artwork or put on my blacklist after commissioning me, you can still use the artwork made for you by me. Although, you are not allowed to conduct business with me anymore.
☆ There is a 2 commissions per person limit. This means that if you order two commissions at the same time, you cannot order anymore at that time and you must wait until all the art owed to you is completed. Please be considerate of my time.☆ Please do not chargeback any money owed to me. If you chargeback any money that has gone to me for any reason, you will be blacklisted and blocked. This also goes for purchasing designs from me. Do not chargeback after the character is paid for, otherwise I will revoke the design from you, and you will be blacklisted, blocked and reported immediately.☆ You must provide me with a proper STATE ID before I will do any 18+ NSFW artwork. ANYONE under the age of 18 YEARS OLD is NOT allowed to commission me for anything that is 18+ NSFW.

Disclaimer - I have the right to refuse a refund and you will be put at the top priority list! This is due to not having a steady income. It may take awhile for me to fully refund you.☆ If I have NOT started the artwork AT ALL, you get a 100% refund.
☆ If I have started the sketch, you will get a 75% refund.
☆ If I have started the linework, you will get a 50% refund.
☆ If I have began coloring the piece, or fully completed the artwork, there will be NO REFUNDS!
Artwork Made By Me For You
☆ As soon as you buy something from me and/or own something created by me, you agree to this TOS, even if not seen by you. If you purchase a design created by me that wasn’t directly sold from me to you; you are still required to abide by these rules if it is from 6/12/21 and forward.☆ NOBODY on my blacklist has permission to use any artwork / designs created by me.☆ NOBODY on my blacklist is allowed to finish any artwork by me, as I do not wish to collab with anyone on my blacklist. This makes me extremely uncomfortable.☆ My artwork is allowed anywhere except:
-- Worlize
-- Wolfing, or any sites like it.☆ I have full right to re-use any sketches I've made. This means if you do not like the sketch I made for you, once we start over, I am allowed to edit the rejected sketch to make another commission, or even an adoptable. These rejected sketches will not look like your character and will be edited to make sure of that.
☆ You may NOT add gifts, free artwork or trades by me to the value of your characters unless you come to me directly and get my written permission to do so.
☆ You may make MINOR edits to my artwork but please do not make drastic changes. You are allowed to make changes to the hair color, eye color, nose color, pawpad color, and the style/personality of the character. Please do NOT change anything else.☆ Please give me credit for my artwork at all times.

Adoptables / Custom Designs
☆ You must have my written permission to breed any of my designs. If you do not ask for permission, the design will be reported as theft and removed.☆ You may make MINOR edits to my design but please do not make drastic changes. You are allowed to make changes to the hair color, eye color, nose color, pawpad color, and the style/personality of the character. Please do NOT change anything else.☆ It is highly recommended that you come to me directly if you feel weary about your pricing.☆ If you were to receive a design made by me in any sort of trade, you may add an estimated value for the design. For example, if you traded a $50 character, you may set the estimated value to $50. BUT please do NOT resell them for any cash value unless you have added artwork you paid for, or you made yourself. You may NOT include gifts or trades from others to the designs value unless you show me proof that the artist gave you permission to include it into the value of the design.☆ You may not resell a design of mine you received in a trade unless you have my written permission if nothing else was added onto the design after you received them. Please ask before reselling designs received in a trade.☆ Vouchers for designs by me are completely acceptable as long as it's reasonable.☆ Your own personal TOS/Rules do NOT apply to my design EVER. You may, at most, ask the new owner to be pinged for when they ever wish to resell or trade the design you are parting with. They are NOT REQUIRED to strictly sell or trade back to only you.☆ If you oversell my design for more than you paid, you will be blacklisted. You may price your oc's with the value of what you have spent money on from others. Do NOT profit off someone's gift or trades to you unless the artist STRICTLY gives you written permission to add gifts or trades to the value.
Blacklist
☆ ANYONE on this list has absolutely NO PERMISSION to use ANY designs OR artwork from me, unless they received it BEFORE being added to my blacklist.☆ NOBODY on my blacklist is allowed to finish any artwork by me. This makes me extremely uncomfortable.☆ The day you are placed on my blacklist, you are not allowed to use any artwork or designs from me from that point forward.☆ If you are on my blacklist, and you have any custom designs/adoptables made by me (that were given to you or paid for by you) before you were added to my blacklist, if you resell them or trade them to someone else, you CAN NOT have them back. Once they are not owned by you anymore, they are not allowed to be sold or traded back to you.☆ If you are on my blacklist and you sell/trade any character with pieces of my art in it's files (which you have gotten before you were blacklisted), you may NOT use that artwork after you have traded the character to someone else, even if you own the character again in the future. If you end up owning the character again, please DELETE any artwork from me IMMEDIATELY!
